Almost all of the luxury kitchen and bathroom remodelers out there collect 90-95% of the money before the project is complete. In fact, the big box retailers collect 100% of the money upfront. That is insane! If you don’t hold onto at least 50% of the money until 100% job completion then you will have NO control over when or even if your project gets completed. We collect 25% when we sign the agreement, 25% when the cabinets arrive and 50% when the project is completed. This lets you know that we are committed to completing your project, until the end.

Which is why we don’t have salespeople and we don’t do long winded in-home sales presentations. We will schedule a brief initial consultation to learn more about your project and to learn together if we feel that our company and your project will be a good fit. We will then schedule a follow up visit with our designer and draw up the project for your review. Once we agree on the scope of the project we will present you with our “Best and Final No-Haggle Price” for your new kitchen or bathroom. We don’t do fake “must buy today” sales or raise our prices then offer you a big discount. These types of specials and discounts are not genuine and we believe in full transparency.
PRICE LOCK GUARANTEE:
The price you are given prior to starting your project is the amount that you will pay us when your project is complete. Many contractors will lowball a project in order to make the sale only to gouge the client with ridiculous add-ons and upcharges later on. They realize that once your project is under way you will be unable to get other bids for these change orders or add-ons which allows them to charge whatever they want to. This is a very scary position to find yourself in as the homeowner. The industry standard is for your kitchen or bath remodel to go over budget by 20% or more. We think that is a pretty sleazy way to do business and we absolutely refuse to treat our clients that way.
ON TIME FINISH GUARANTEE:
Everyone knows someone that had a kitchen or bathroom project go WAY over schedule. We will put, in writing, exactly how long your project will take to complete. If your project takes longer than promised then we will pay you $200 per day for every day that we go over schedule.
FIX IT OR IT’S FREE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If anything goes wrong with your new kitchen or bathroom due to a workmanship or installation issue then we will fix it or replace it for free for as long as you own your home.
